The package was not installed due to an application compilation error.



The application does not compile due to the "UsrIncidentRegistrationFromEmailProcessCustom1" process in the "UsrApp_e89ly9h" package.

We need to fix all compilation errors, otherwise we cannot install any package.

At this time, we do not have any information about developing a new version of the connector. However, I have forwarded your feedback to the developer in charge and I hope that they will be able to provide us with more information soon.

 

As for the error you are encountering, I've tested the connector, and I'm unable to reproduce it on our end. Could you please provide me with more information about your case, preferably step by step? Also, if you could send us a screenshot of the developer console (F12, console tab) while you are getting this error, that would be very helpful.

We recommend you to log out and log back in the application after you add the 'ZoomIntegration' package to the dependencies.



The 'Create Zoom Meeting' field should become available for the 'Activity' table in the 'Add data' process element after you do this.

Thanks for the answer. Could you please help me how to use  Automatic creating Zoom meeting via Zapier in Marketing Creatio ( version 7.15.3). Example given in the  https://marketplace.creatio.com/template/automatic-create-zoom-meeting-zapier is not clear enough to understand how to use it.

Thanks for the suggestion, I tried Zoom connector and came up with an issue. Could you please let me know which is the version it works successfully for you. As well as, how  revert to that version from 7.15.3. Previously I added question related to same thing in  https://community.creatio.com/questions/zoom-meeting-creation-error-crm.

Hi Anusha,

the error has appeared in the 7.15.3 version. Zoom users weren't automatically imported to Creatio and a Zoom meeting can't be exported correctly. Please use the Creatio product of the 7.15.2 version. The responsible team needs time to fix the issue on the 7.15.3 version.

I've just inserted the value but it didn't work. 

I'm using a 7.18.1 version of Creatio to test the integration, but in this way I'm not able to configure it.

please confirm that there are no emails in Zoom for the participants with the wrong contact.

Irina, the problem is the activity participants have no email and what the process did is to found the first contact with no email and attach this contact to the participant.

I think the process must see if no mail on particpant, it must no associate no one contact to avoid confusions.
