What packages should I inherit for a package I create?
In the package dependency list, there is no
SalesEnterprise_Marketing_ServiceEnt
I know that this package is just the combination of these three
MarketingSoftkeyEnu, SalesEnterpriseSoftkey_ENU, ServiceEnterpriseSoftkey
but I only have MarketingSoftkeyEnu and not the other two
SalesEnterpriseSoftkey_ENU, ServiceEnterpriseSoftkey
What packages should I inherit?

You can inherit only MarketingSoftkeyEnu package if there are no other packages. System will inform you if any other packages are needed, but it should be enough. You may also check this article and bind all packages that are specified in it: https://academy.creatio.com/documents/technic-sdk/7-15/package-dependencies
