Hello, how do I get the main column values in the body of the email within cases? I can access the main columns' values when specifying the to and from fields, and so on. I am also able to access parameters in the body when I send the email via business process, but I can't seem to find where to access main column values in the body when trying to set up a send email task within cases.
Any help is appreciated.

As far as I understand you are trying to create a business process with send email task element based on data from Cases object and you can retrieve the needed information for "to" and "from" fields, but you would like to get it for email's body?
If so, then you can create an email template for this element and specify the object for macro source which will be used to fill-out the needed fields using macros in email's body.
