Firstly, can external portal users with the studio creatio self-service portal cloud and studio creatio external b2b portal cloud licenses even receive reminders?
I am looking for a way to send reminders with custom text. I want the reminder to link to an Activity that is being created in a Business Process, so I am setting the "Remind Owner" and "Remind Owner On" fields when adding the Activity.
When creating reminders for employee users, they appear as expected, however nothing is appearing for portal users.
If, in fact, it is possible for external portal users to receive reminders, how could I go about setting this up? I just need to change the reminder "Description" to give it more meaningful information.
