How can I automate order tracking and customer segmentation for an apparel brand in Creatio?
Hi community,
We are building customer workflows for Freecultr, an innerwear and apparel brand in India selling products like underwear for men and women and women’s tank tops.
We want to automate:
- Order status updates
- Segmentation based on product type (example: underwear buyers, tank top buyers, repeat customers, etc.)
- Personalized email follow-ups based on purchase history
Which Creatio tools or processes are best for this setup? Would a Sales workflow + Marketing campaign combination work, or is it better to build a custom business process?
Any examples, templates, or best-practice suggestions would help a lot.
