The Excel reports Builder does not function within our Creatio application. The add-on was installed in August last year and never used since. As we want to use it in daily operations, we do like to have the opportunity for reports to be build.
Please could you have a look. Thanks.

Once done reports builder should work as expected.

Could you explain in steps and other words how to upload a template from Excel " You should leave the page named as in the ‘Sheet name’ parameter of an excel spreadsheet blank - exported data will be added there (with columns in the order you’ve set up as described at the step ‘Setup the columns in the report’). You can use this columns order to refer to data while building formulas and graphs on other pages of your spreadsheet" Are there YouTube video's on this?
I tried several times, but somehow I do not manage to get a template uploaded.

Hi Guido,
Please note that the add-on only supports the excel templates with .xlsx extension.
You can test a basic case with an empty .xlsx template. To do this, open the report -> click ‘Upload template’ -> choose the empty .xlsx file.
Kindly confirm that the report works correctly with the empty template.
