Add Tag in Lead Section

Hi Community,

I am facing an issue while trying to add Tags on the Lead section in Creatio.

I checked multiple objects and configurations, including:

• Lead section record tag
• Lead record tag
• Tag
• Tag in Schema
• Tag in record

However, users are still unable to add tags on Lead records.

I would like to understand:

1. Which object is actually responsible for storing and enabling tags for Leads?
2. Which relationship/object should be used specifically for the Lead section?
3. Are there any mandatory filters or lookup configurations required to make tags visible and selectable on Leads?

Could someone please guide me on:

• The correct object mapping for Lead tags
