I have already researched and it does not appear that Creatio supports email classification, which M365 Exchange and Purview will then manage according to data classification policies.
Essentially, what we would need to have, is the ability to classify an email within the Creatio email create UI, which mirrors our designations as managed by Purview.
Thanks for any information and guidance you may have on the subject, or for Creatio to update on whether this is on the roadmap to support natively, which is really what is required.

Native Purview/M365 sensitivity classification in the Creatio email functionality is not supported out of the box.
If your mailbox integration uses legacy EWS, applying a Purview sensitivity label is not possible at all — EWS does not support this.
If you use Microsoft Graph integration, applying a label may be technically achievable through custom development calling the relevant Graph API, but this is not an official, validated Creatio solution — it would require a custom integration built and supported on your side.
We have also registered this as a product idea for future consideration.
Thanks - this is not something the majority of your customers will develop themselves, including ourselves, so waiting for this to be a native feature is likely. This also means that we will be affected in our ability to use the Creatio web UI as the primary interface to create and reply to emails. That will now have to move back to Outlook, which is not a good outcome.
Are you able to give an indication if this is on the roadmap and if so how long it may take to make to release.

At the moment, this is the first request of this kind that we have received. As a result, the product idea has only recently been created, and we are not yet able to provide any information regarding a potential implementation timeline.
We will continue collecting customer feedback and votes, as this will help us evaluate how critical this functionality is and prioritize it accordingly.
