I'm wondering if there is an option to conduct duplicates search and merging for a particular folder (not for the entire database)? When I click on "Show duplicates" option in the Action menu, Creatio finds duplicates across the entire database. It would be convenient if some sorting or filtering would work on the page, but there is nothing like this.
So maybe there is an option how to apply the logic to a particular folder?

In the current version of Creatio, the "Show duplicates" action searches for duplicates across the entire entity (such as all Contacts or Accounts) and does not support limiting the duplicate search to a specific folder or filtered subset. There is no built-in functionality to apply duplicate checks only within folder criteria.
Hello Valeriia, thanks for the response. Could you please share the info how Creatio stores the duplicates search results? I see Account duplicates entity but can't understand if it has any data regarding duplicates or not.
