I'm working on a training course app for my organization. I've tried using the Knowledge Base app and creating one from scratch. I noticed that the Rich Text Field in the Knowledge Base app has more options like video and HTML emdeing. The app that I built myself doesn't have these options. Is there a way to add these extra options to my rich text fields?

Option to add embedded video has been release since 8.2.3 Creatio Version.
This functionality requires external domains to be added as trusted sources in the Content Security Policy section. YouTube and Vimeo domains are added out of the box.

You can also enable this functionality for base rich text fields using low-code tools (https://academy.creatio.com/docs/8.x/dev/development-on-creatio-platfor…)
Additionally please Review Section/Page Designer Settings:
Check the settings of your Rich Text control in the page designer. Some advanced options (like toolbars or embedding) could be enabled in the properties panel, depending on your Creatio version.
