Landing Page for multiple unsubscribes

Hi All, we have got a requirement to design landing page that would have a list of unsubscribe options for marketing emails. As of now, if a contact unsubscribes, they get unsubscribed from all the emails. Instead, we want to give option to contact to unsubscribe from particular types of emails e.g. Newsletter, Event emails, marketing emails etc. We want to gather this input from contact via marketing emails. We want to design landing page where it automatically picks up contact email address as input and their unsubscribe preferences. We followed this article (Link) to auto fill email address in the landing page; but it is not working. Is there a way we can built this entire requirement in Creatio? Thanks
