Syntech Whiteboard: Visual Collaboration with CRM Data Inside Creatio

At Syntech, we wanted to make working with CRM data more visual, collaborative, and intuitive.

To simplify this process, the system includes automatic relationship discovery. Instead of building connections manually, the application detects and displays relationships between records.

The board is also fully configurable without code. Users can define which entities to display, select columns, customise colours and icons, and apply filters through a visual settings panel.

For working with more complex diagrams, Syntech Whiteboard includes tools such as a minimap, grid alignment, and zoom controls, making navigation easier and more structured.

In addition, users can create linked nodes and customise edges to represent relationships more clearly, including intermediary entities and labelled connections.

Syntech Whiteboard can be used in different scenarios, such as aligning on account hierarchies, mapping deal stakeholders, or onboarding new team members.

The goal is to provide teams with a shared visual workspace directly inside Creatio, where they can collaborate and work with CRM data more effectively.
