Hi Team,

I want to format KPIs  in sending progress and email totals by changing type from white to fully colored. How to go about it? Thanks

Hi Puneet!

Unfortunately, currently, there is no option to modify these dashboards.

We have created an idea for our R&D team to implement this functionality in future releases.

Have a great day!

Hi Team,

We have open and click rates out of the box in Creatio for email analytics. We can also track link peroformance (click #) for multiple links sent out in the email. Is there a way to see a list of contact records (name & email address) who clicked for each of these links sent out in the email? Thanks

Yes, you'll create a contact filter using the "Click through links with email (by column Contact)" to view the contacts that clicked a specific link. See https://customerfx.com/article/creating-a-filter-of-contacts-that-clicked-a-specific-link-in-a-creatio-bulk-email/

Note, you can also bind that to a List on the contact page to get a list of links the contact has clicked.

Creatio calculates the number of opened emails using the “pixel” tracking method. Is Creatio is doing something regarding privacy changes that block the pixel that allow Creatio to know if the email was opened or not? Is there a roadmap for this?

Khalil Guliwala,

Please be informed that the articles you shared above are still relevant, however, there will be some changes in the Creatio version 8.0.5, so stay tuned and wait for the release notes to get more information on the topic.

Also, I'd like to bring your attention to the fact that the tracking method you mentioned is the mailbox provider's functionality and not Creatio's, therefore we have no impact on the way their system works.

Best regards,

Mira

Hello,

Please specify what provider you use. Also, can you elaborate on the matter and explain in detail if you have any specific concerns, and what possible vulnerabilities exactly you have in mind?

Best regards,

Mira

Mira Dmitruk, the client is asking about cookies/pixels and the cookie apocalypse (a very complex topic). Essentially, they wanted to know if  Creatio had any best practices or information on how the Creatio platform is going to handle lead tracking and email opens/clicks in this new digital world. Is the information in these Creatio academy articles still valid? https://academy.creatio.com/docs/user/marketing_tools/website_tracking/…

thanks

  1. We are running a email campaign and in that email we have two buttons added and link is also provided
  2. User are able to receive the email and they are clicking on either one of the button
  3. We are able to view No of click done in each of the button [as attached in the screenshot]

Question : IS there a way we can get the user contact/email recipient/email who has made the click for each title.

Amritha,

As one of the options you can build an advanced filter in Contacts section. You need to set the filter to click through links with email(by column Contact) exists and add Link and choose the Link you need. So ultimately your filter will look like following:
