Shift the CRM interface to old classic interface

Hello Fulgen,

The Freedom UI shell is turned on for new Creatio instances by default. Existing customers can turn the shell on using the “Use Freedom UI interface” (“UseNewShell” code) system setting.

You can set different setting values for different users, for example, to roll the new shell out gradually.

I tried to follow the document. I have also configured the contact and account object to use classic ui in "Object-specific form page interface in the Freedom and Classic UI shell" but still is is not switching to Classic

If you want to use the old UI in the section you have to add this section to the workplace, so there can be 2 Contacts and Accounts sections:
