Turn "enable adding new values" on lookups and list components, default to false

My experience is that 90% of the cases you will not want the users to add values to lookups or list components directly on the page.
The default value should be false or at least a system setting

I do agree. For me, it completely makes most sense for those to default to off and should be turned on in cases where it is wanted. It should be a conscious decision to turn those on, not a default!
