Hi.
We have a process that sends an email to specific roles every time an Opportunity is Closed Won. Out of the blue it has stopped working and when I looked into the business process there is an error: An error occurred while applying the value of the parameter "Sender" of the business process element:
Unable to compute expression "[#SysSettings.BIGDalkiaEmailSender#]", error: Unable to continue process: system setting "BIGDalkiaEmailSender" not filled. Please, contact system administrator.
Anyone able to tell me what this means? I am a new Admin and learning as I go so would love any help I can get!

Based on the name, we can see that this is not an OOTB SysSetting and was most likely added by an add-on to your system. The error shows that this setting has not been set up yet, and the system is unable to use email without this setting. The best course of action would be to go to the system settings (System Designer → System Settings), set the filter to "code," enter BIGDalkiaEmailSender, and configure this System Setting accordingly.
