Uploading attachments from Mobile App

Hi Community,

We are seeing an issue where some users can upload images/attachments in the Creatio mobile app, but other users cannot.

The users open a record in the mobile app, go to the Attachments tab, and press the upload icon. For some users this works as expected, but others receive the message:

“You do not have sufficient permissions to execute this operation.”

I understand that uploading attachments from the mobile app should be available as out-of-the-box functionality, but I am not sure which permissions control this. (Community post)

Are there any specific operation permissions, object permissions, or other settings that need to be enabled for users to upload attachments/images from the mobile app?
