Clio satellite public release

Hi all. We had a little pause in the public release. But we didn`t pause our work. And now we have returned with the new

1. Clio satellite is now available in Google Chrome

2. TIDE was updated to version 1.5.1 with new UX improvements

3. Clio was updated to version 8.0.1.37
   1. Added a feature to work with several workspaces
   2. Improvements in documentation
   3. Support optional packages for pushw command
