Hi.
I am new to Creatio so am still finding my way around. But I'd like to know if there are notifications for any new emails that come in . Like there are for opportunities and projects. I'd like to manage my emails for my customers in creatio if possible.

Hi. The problem is I have nothing showing up there. Even though the emails have come in and show up on the left.

That email panel shows either incomming or outgoing, and also processed or not processed (if the "Process email" button was clicked). If you look at the top, it's currently set for showing "incoming" and Not processed. If you're still not seeing emails that have been received, could it be that the mailbox was added under a different Creatio user account?

Firstly, you need to set up the mailbox.
