How to add user/roles in allow shared access of mailbox settings?

we are not able to add users/roles to the allow shared access of the mailbox settings.

 

Kindly help us resolve the same asap

Hello.

You can check your customizations for errors. Then you can generate teh source code for the entire instance and compile all. Lastly, you can delete and add a mailbox again.
