This means you have another package with the EPPlus library. Creatio does not allow you to install the same library twice.

It doesn't help, because just work with MS Word reports, they have not considered to include FastReport on their implementation

Hi! I've developed an application for Creatio, and now I want to publish it on the marketplace. However, it did not pass verification.

The problem is that it didn't install on a system using MS SQL, although I haven't used anything DB-specific. Maybe you encountered such errors from the logs?

Do you know how to restart the verification process?

Having issues with Creatio connector for Zapier.com

I recently started using Creatio Zapier integration and loved how it syncs contact information with my Google Contacts. Saves a lot of my time.

However, on a regular basis multiple times a day, Zapier sends me the following error:

Error Message: bpm'online (1.0.0): The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.

Because of this regularly repeated error, Zapier has now turned off my integration.

Your Zap titled "Google to Creatio contact" has been turned off because we're getting repeated errors nearly every time we try to run it.

Who can from Devlabs help resolve this issue?

We install https://marketplace.creatio.com/template/marketing-record-types-timeline today and after it get NOTHING on Timeline tab, please see at https://prnt.sc/vojm67

I uninstall the package and continue having no Timeline content, please your help. I also close the session, clear cache, but nothing, no Timeline ☹

How can I restore my Timeline content?

Hi Julio,

I've not used that marketplace add-on, so only guessing, but since the UI isn't even loading on the timeline tab, I would assume there is an error occurring in the client-side code. If you open the browser dev tools is there an error that shows in the console or on the network tab? If so, that might help track down the issue.

Did you tweak any other settings in Timeline (such as adding info about other Creatio objects)? Or did any errors occur when compiling Creatio?

I have reproduced your case, but Timeline has been successfully restored after uninstalling the package. That's why we need more information to investigate this error.

Marketplace support for .Net Core

Is there a way to figure out if a particular plugin supports .Net core on the marketplace? I have a use-case where I am leveraging Creatio's .Net core platform capabilities and installing it on-premise on a Linux box and want to ensure that I make the right choice of plugin from the marketplace.

It would be great if the marketplace team could introduce an indicator against each plugin on the marketplace to let the community know if support is offered for .Net Core or not.

I have defined to test two products with their price in different currencies (USD and CLP, represented in Chile as (USD as USD and CLP as $)

When I did an Opportunity, using products with prices in the defined currencies "Detail summaries for Creatio add-on" sums USD with CLP totals as the same rate, how can I solve it?

Have I way to solve this?, "Detail summaries" offers just Total/Sum, see at http://prntscr.com/sl6ms2 and have not what in Marketplace offers, selecting base currency, for example, how can I activate this? Please see at https://marketplace.creatio.com/sites/marketplace/files/maketplace/sc2_detail_sum.png

Also, Creatio calculates wrong the Opportunity Total, how can we correct this? Please see at http://prntscr.com/sl6umo

Hello Julio,

you need to customize a multi-currency field for the Total column in the 'Opportunity product' detail. A multi-currency field will allow you to use detail summaries in a similar way as for Orders.
