Question

When trying to upload changes to Creatio inside Clio Explorer I get the error "Unable to install zip package while SVN package with the same UId exists".

I'm very new to both Clio and Clio Explorer, so far I'm just trying to pull a package to my local project inside Visual Studio code, change a few things and then upload it back to Creatio. When I hit the "Update Creatio from workspace" button it starts uploading but after some time gives me the "Unable to install zip package while SVN package with the same UId exists." error. When i open my modified files from the Configuration page I can see my changes, so It seems like the changes do get uploaded successfully after the error. The package whose files I'm modifying is a test package that had been created with SVN as its version control system, but no commits have been made so far. What am I doing wrong here that leads to that error?

Hello,

To keep this app free of charge, support is provided via Issues on GitHub.

Clio / Clio explorer should become an official Creatio tool and receive official support. There is not really an official Creatio alternative is there ? It is even officially used a part of your official developer training.

Damien Collot,

I was told by support (case #SR-01443391) that since Clio is now included in the official Academy docs that issues can be reported directly to support instead of via the github issues page.

Ryan Farley,

Thanks Ryan, good to know :)
