UNABLE TO SELECT NEXT CASE STAGE

When trying to select a next workflow case stage, the eligible choices have a circle with a slash and cannot be selected.  

I have added the stages to which I can transit from the current stage to the [Possible next stages] area. It works for my user with type "Company employee", but it doesn't work for my user with type ''Portal user".

Any ideas why I cannot select a next stage even though I have all of the stages included as possible previous/next stages?

By default, the portal users cannot click over the stages on the case page. They are locked for any changes for portal users. The reason for it is that portal functionality is limited.
The stages can be unlocked for portal users in PortalCaseSectionActionsDashboard schema. It is necessary to have the same methods here as in CaseSectionActionsDashboard. After that t he portal users will be able to move the stages manually from the case page. However, again, since the portal functionality is limited, we do not guarantee that clicking around the stages on portal will work correctly.

Can I somehow replace it to modify code in it?

Hello Jana,

 

You need to create the new schema based on PortalCaseSectionActionsDashboard  and add the same methods into it as in CaseSectionActionsDashboard. It is not possible to edit the existing locked schemas. That's why you get this notification.
