I have an object that contains a timeline within each record where emails are received. I would like to know if there is a way to identify when a record contains a new email. Additionally, is it possible to create a dashboard that indicates when a specific record has received a new email?

For example, I have a list of repair records, and within each record, there is a timeline where I can send and receive emails. Instead of having to open each record individually to check if there is a new email, is there a way to create a dashboard that alerts me when I have a new email for different repairs?
