I am trying to sort cases created by specific companies that are tagged with a public tag, to a specific folder that I have created. The only sortable filter I see is "tag in record (by column Record id)".
I would love some insight into if there is a better way to do this, an easier way to do this, or if I am on the right track and maybe just don't have the permissions to do what I am trying to do.
Any assistance is appreciated.
