Reference Campaign in Add Data campaign element

Is there any way to reference the campaign in an Add Data element in a campaign? For example, if the object I am adding data to has a Campaign lookup and I want to populate that with the campaign to reflect the Campaign it was added from, is that possible? 

I assume the answer is no, I could not see any way to do that, but thought I'd ask.
