Record deactivation not work
Hi,
I have a question about the option to disable data. In the 'ActivityCategoryResultEntry' object, I checked the 'Allow record deactivation' option and I deactivated some values from the results list. However, they still appear in the drop-down list.
Also, at the database level, these records have the value 1 on the RecordInactive column.
What could I check, so that the values no longer appear in the drop-down list?

Also, did you try to clear the cache and logout/login?

The version is 8.0.0.
I tried all this, but it seems that the changes were made in a wrong lookup.
I need help to display in the Result field (Activity page), certain values depending on the status field. But they can have different values in the Result field, if I have Meeting->Cancelled or Call->Canceled.
How could I do it? Because I can't do this implementation.

Regarding your original request, you can go to the "Activity results" lookup, and tick the "Available in business process only" box in order to hide those results.
Also, if you click once on any record of this lookup, you will see that a small tab appears on the right of the record, and there you will be able to open the page of this record. There you will see a detail showing to which categories is this result attached. So if there is a result that you would like to not see in one category, you can open this result and remove the category from that detail.
Regarding on how to display a specific value depending on the filtering condition, that is possible to achieve only with code. I see that you already contacted us through our support team, so we will proceed to assist you over there.
