OAuth Error - while adding the Shared user - "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Hi,

While integrating web service with OAuth2.0 Authentication,

while using login button to add shared user,Having "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error.

please find the screenshots.Please Advice.
