Not able to execute SQL queries in SQL console

PostgreSQL has specific syntax requirements for queries. If we are talking about a query from your screenshot, it should look like this: 

SELECT * FROM "Account"

Please, take a look through external Internet sources that describe in detail how to write Postgres queries.
