Linking Landing Page Responses to Specific Email Recipients

I’ve created a landing page in Creatio that functions as a form to collect survey responses. I’m sharing the landing page URL with users via email.

Now, I’d like the responses submitted through this landing page to be automatically linked or saved against the specific email address to which the survey link was originally sent.

Could you please guide me on how to configure this in Creatio?
If any specific setup is required (e.g., adding URL parameters, using system fields, or configuring tracking settings), please provide the detailed steps.
