Is it possible to make a small pop up appear upon Hovering over Creatio Column Names

Good day, just wondering if it was possible to make "texts" or "pop-ups" appear when somebody hovers over a column name on Creatio. For Instance, If I hover over the "Full Name" Column in the Contacts Section, I want something to pop up that gives more information about it.

You can add popup hints to fields, there are a few different options for this. See this academy article: https://academy.creatio.com/documents/technic-sdk/7-15/adding-pop-hints
