Infinite loading error when accessing Advanced settings of Creatio Version 8.1.3.6801

I'm studying creatio's dev course
when I accessing Advanced settings of Creatio Version 8.1.3.6801 it will go to the WorkspaceExplorer page
When entering the page, it loads indefinitely.
