How to link an activity to the lead in a campaign?

Hello,

I am creating a campaign that creates a lead and an activity. The activity has to be linked to the lead. How do I do this? Currently, activity isn't a column of Leads

Hello,

The activity will be automatically linked to the created lead, as it is directly associated with it. No extra configuration is required. You can find the created activity on the Lead form page, under the Conversation tab. Here’s an example.
