Frequently getting Error in Case Section

Hello,

Frequently encountering error while working in Case Section. 

Error Message:

Error while sending request Application server request time-out

response status: 0 (communication failure)

request url: ../DataService/json/SyncReply/UpdateQuery

method: POST

request data: 

 

Also attaching the screenshot.

 

If anyone has encountered this, kindly suggest.

Dear Alanda,

There can be different causes of such issue and it's hard to state why this error occurs. For example, it could happen in case there were a few business processes triggered by the same signal. If you have such processes that are started when the case is modified we recommend to add a timer after the process starts. 

If it is not connected to the processes, please specify the steps to reproduce the issue. You can also send the more detailied description of the issue to support@bpmonline.com so that we will be able to investigate it.
