Having clarified all the information, we inform you that at the moment the option of exporting data from Pivot tables to Excel is indeed unavailable.
We have already set up a task in the responsible R&D team to consider adding this functionality in future releases.

I was able to export data from a Classic UI Pivot Table previously with a simple workaround - while not optimal or generally recommended, it might be useful if a one-time occasion requires you to perform this task.
In Classic UI, you can expand a Pivot Table, select all the needed data (including column titles, ensuring you mark all needed rows/columns), copy using Ctrl + C, and paste into an empty Excel sheet using Ctrl + V.
Note that the excel table will need cleanup - for example, column headers/titles will shift left by one cell. Also, double-check that all required data has been marked and copied successfully.
In Freedom UI, Pivot Tables are not (yet) available. However, you can generally export the underlying data of charts by following the steps outlined here: Overview of Freedom UI Designer and its elements | Creatio Academy
