Question

Email template macros

Hello, [#Contact.Name#]!

Your [#Category.Name#] #[#Number#] "[#Subject#]" has been resolved.
[#Solution#]
Actual resolution time: [#SolutionProvidedOn#].

If the solution doesn’t work, please reply to this message.

[#@Invoke.EstimateLinksGenerator#]

Kind regards,
[#Owner.Name#]

The above is a pre-built template in Creatio CRM.  I understand the macros that are basic macros, but there is no Macro source for this particular template, and so I am not sure what the remaining macros are:

[#Number#]

[#Solution#]

[#SolutionProvidedOn#]

[#@Invoke.EstimateLinksGenerator#]

What is the source of the data for these macros?

Thanks in advance,

Hello,

Please find more details on macros in this article:

https://academy.creatio.com/docs/user/marketing_tools/email_marketing/e…

The specific macros you mentioned are mostly self explenatory and their sources are specific field values.

[#Number#] - value of Number field

[#Solution#] - value of Solution field

[#SolutionProvidedOn#] - value of the date field when the solution was provided and ase put into Resolved status

[#@Invoke.EstimateLinksGenerator#] - is an evaluation block (the one with smiley faces) and it's a source code:

Mira Dmitruk,

Thank you for the reply smiley

The specific macros you mentioned are mostly self explenatory and their sources are specific field values.

Specific field values of what object?  There is no Macro source for this template ('Case resolution notification (US)', CRM trial), and there are no Basic macros named as such.

Hello,

The system pulls all the necessary values of these fields from the case object.

All these fields you can see in the advanced settings => case object.
