CyberArk cpm error 8001 unrecoverable error was detected prereconcile connection failed

The password was disabled because an recoverable error was detected. Code : 8001

Error : Execution error Prereconcile connection failed.

Please help how to fix this issue.

I tried looking the Cyberark cpm logs and did not find solution to fix the issue
