Campaigns in Dev/UAT not sending emails

Hello,

I've sent emails in our Prod system but we are exploring new avenues and using Dev/UAT for testing. The emails aren't going out. I set it up the same way as I did when I successfully sent emails in Prod. Here are some screenshots if anyone has any ideas of potential issues.

I am confused as to why it says "Ready to send" instead of "sent." Not sure if that is the source of the problem.

I really appreciate everyone's help!

I don't believe that bulk sending is enabled in UAT/DEV environments. I believe you need to contact support to request if that can be enabled for those environments.

We had the same problem in Production environment (stuck on Ready To Send). Support had to apply a fix for us. We are on Version 8.3.3 and it worked ok before we upgraded. I would contact support

this was their fix.

'We have already implemented the mentioned fix. What we did, is removed the faulty scheduler jobs. This action has generated a new set of  Quartz jobs with the correct parameters, so the issue with scheduling bulk emails and campaigns should no longer occur.

All emails stuck in “Ready to Send” status will be processed'
