Hi everyone,
I have created a campaign that sends bulk emails based on different time zones. I just wanted to confirm whether I need to add the same delay time (as shown in the attached screenshot) in the next flow, or will the campaign automatically use the delay that has already been configured in the first flow?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Tanu,
Delay settings are not inherited. Each flow has its own Enable delay before executing an element? setting. If you leave it on "No, execute after the previous one", participants will move at the default campaign execution frequency instead of waiting. So you need to set the delay on every flow where you want a wait.
One thing to be careful about in your diagram: do not add the delay to the flow coming out of the Timer elements (your second red box). The Timers already control when participants move on, using their own time zone. If you add a delay there too, both apply one after the other and the email goes out later than you expect.
The pattern you already have is the right one:
- Flow into the Timer group → set the delay (e.g. 2 days)
- Timer element → exact time + its own time zone
- Flow out of the Timer group → no delay, filter only
Just repeat that block for each stage and set the delay on each new incoming flow.
Small thing I noticed: two of your first-stage timers are both labelled "Central" and there is no Pacific timer. Worth checking whether one was meant to be Pacific.
