Hi All,
We have a requirement for SLA Management for Leads. We have to calculate time to complete each stage of the Lead. We have defined the Duration for each stage of Lead in a Lookup. Now, How can we implement SLA for Lead Object.
Is there any way to use out of box SLA Management.

Hello!
The Service level management process was designed originally for the Service module. Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply this logic to leads' records.
You can take a look at the Manage service agreements Academy article to make yourself familiar with this functionality.
