Adding email signature out of the creatio into middle of the text.

Dear Team,

I am writing to you today to request your assistance with a peculiar issue we've encountered regarding email signatures.

Our company utilizes an external email signature management system, CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, which autonomously appends signatures to the end of every outgoing email.

I have noticed an issue when sending messages from our Creatio platform: the signature is duplicated, and its placement becomes incorrect when replying to existing email threads.

Description of the issue:

1. Initial email: The Creatio signature (from the system) appears directly below my message content, followed by the CodeTwo signature at the very end of the email.
2. Email reply: When I reply to a message, the CodeTwo signature gets inserted into the middle of the conversation thread, causing the message flow to be confusing and unprofessional.

My company using Microsoft Exchange as the default mailbox. 

When I send first email from CREATIO it looks almost as it should.

In the green box there is a text I want to send.

In the red box there is an email signature from CodeTwo 

In the orange box there is an email signature from CREATIO (underneath is a hidden string)

I could say it looks okay, but, when I reply to an email then everything is ruined.

As we can see now, the email signature from CodeTwo is getting into middle of the text.

I have already consulted with the CodeTwo support team, and they have stated that their system is designed to always place the signature at the very end of the message content. They suggest the issue is likely on the Creatio side.

Have you encountered a similar problem before, and could you please advise on a potential solution?
