Add Object record permission to emails template (message template) object

You can add permissions to any object in the "Object Permissions" section.
The best way to manage them is to grant permissions to groups rather than individual users. When you need to change permissions for a user, just remove them from the group and add them to another group with the desired permissions.

thanks for the explanation, that part is clear, my question is more regarding the how to access the object permissions records.

Is it possible to show the table that manages those access to an admin role?
Or does this adding and removing permissions should be done via business process? or what is the best alternative to do that?
