Active Business Process are not running in the application

Hello All,

The active business process is not running when the signal is triggered in the business process. I have checked the process library where the business process is still active. What are the possible scenarios of getting this issue.

Dear Ayswariya,

 

To understand the possible causes we need to see the settings of the trigger element . That would also be useful if you could provide the URL of the instance where the process behavior can be checked.
