Access rights in Feed

Hi Community,

One general question regarding messages in feed.

The general principle is that if someone mentions you in a message, you have access that message right?

Or is there any special parametrization that is necessary?

 If the message is for example in an opportunity that you do not have access to, can you still see the message although not the opportunity?
