Is there any accessibility Feature on creatio to use?
Like
Yes. Since version 8.2.2 Energy, Creatio is compatible with WCAG 2.0-2.2 AA, Revised Section 508 standards, EN 301 549 Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services and ISO/IEC 40500. The work began in 8.2.1, which introduced a first wave of improvements toward WCAG 2.2, including extensive keyboard controls for components, accessible colors and readability across the system, better screen reader support, and fixes to lists, buttons, menu items and tooltips, and 8.2.2 finished it. Built-in features you can use
- Keyboard navigation. Components can be operated from the keyboard. The navigation panel can also be operated with the keyboard or mouse wheel. Creatio
- Screen reader support. This is part of the same WCAG work in 8.2.1 and 8.2.2.
- System settings. The settings that manage accessibility features are in the "Accessibility" folder of the System settings section. Creatio
- Accessible desktop color. If a light wallpaper reduces contrast, administrators can configure an accessible desktop color in the Appearance setup section of the System Designer. Users then enable it with the "Use accessible desktop color" checkbox on the Accessibility settings tab of their user profile. creatio
- WCAG-compliant widget colors. In the Freedom UI Designer and Dashboard Designer, the widget Color parameter only offers WCAG-compliant colors. Pipeline, Doughnut and Progress bar widgets use preset color sequences that can't be changed. creatio
What to watch in your own customizations
The platform covers standard components, but what you configure can still fail compliance. Colors for tabs and Area backgrounds are chosen manually, so their contrast needs checking before you apply them. Combining bars and lines on one chart, placing widgets over a light background image, or using glassmorphism effects can all push contrast below WCAG thresholds. Custom components you build in code (Angular or remote modules) also need their own keyboard, ARIA and focus handling, because they don't inherit it. creatio
Documentation
The Academy has an Accessibility section with four articles: WCAG accessibility, Color accessibility, the Accessible colors reference, and the VPAT. The VPAT is the document to give customers who need formal compliance evidence, such as public sector procurement.
These features target Freedom UI on 8.2.2 and later. If you're on an older version or still using Classic UI pages, expect much less coverage, so plan an upgrade or Freedom UI migration if accessibility is a requirement.
