Unable to set time on mini page (Freedom UI)

So when setting a date/time in a standard form page. Once you set the date you automatically get option to set time (as below)

On a mini form page that option (for the same field) does not appear, so all you can do is set the date. The time does option does not appear

We checked and were able to add the time from our side. It might depend on the exact place where you are trying to set the time, but normally you should have this option available — please see the attached screenshot.
