Preventing Duplicate Contacts and Accounts in Creatio Freedom Version

In the Classic version of Creatio, when creating a contact with an existing name, the system would trigger an alert to prevent duplicates. However, in the Freedom version, this validation does not occur, allowing duplicate contacts and accounts to be created. As a result, I can create contacts with the same name and information, leading to duplicate records. This issue also applies to accounts.

Why is there a difference in behavior between the Classic and Freedom versions? Does anyone know how to configure the system to prevent the creation of duplicate contacts and accounts? I am aware of the functionality that identifies duplicate records and allows them to be merged, but I would like to prevent their creation in the first place
