I need to check all changes in the Case section, where can you see them?

The changes are being logged for both Audit and Change log only after the corresponding settings have been done, in other words there is no way to see the changes done before you've enabled the functionality.
You can review the logs in a corresponding section "Audit log":
open the “System designer” and click “Audit log” in the “Users and administration” block.
