I'm trying to set up whatsapp integration. Is it possible to submit one whatsapp sender at twilio by using a trial account, without upgrading account?

Yes, we have the possibility to connect a trial account to Creatio.

When i try to add a whatsapp sender while using a trial account it tells me that i need to upgrade my account. Is it possible to add just one whatsapp sender using trial account ?

On our side in Creatio, we can add a trial account. Unfortunately, it is not possible to create two test accounts in Creatio because they share the same number. Regarding the capabilities of the test account in Twilio, we do not know, as it is not our functionality. Please clarify this question with Twilio support.
