Quick filter with time

This can be filtered only via advanced filter if we speak of using the basic tools to achieve the task.

Otherwise, it can be done only via development. There are multiple examples here on Community where community participants asked similar questions about quick filters:

I guess only by development because the advance filter as well is only showing date not datetime
